My wife and I have been married  since 1953  and we have two children.

I served my country in the Royal Navy.

We have lived in Thanet all our lives.

I retired from my own successful local business in 1993.

I am a serving Councillor for the Bradstowe Ward at Thanet District and Broadstairs & St Peters Town Council  Since 1999

In the 1997,2001,2005 & 2009  Kent County Council Election I was privileged to receive the support of the electorate to represent Broadstairs.

It is also an honour to be appointed to be a member of the Kent and rescue Fire Authority.
